Laughter Yoga combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing

Anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedy.  These exercises, when combined with the strong social dynamics of group behavior, lead to hearty contagious laughter.  Laughter exercises  are interspersed with breathing exercises.
